Has it been years since you have picked up a paintbrush? (and I don’t mean house painting)! Is your creativity asking to be expressed – but you don’t feel you know how to begin? Sometimes just getting over the first hurdle of being able to put paint to paper is enough to put some people off from even starting.
If this is you, then come along to a Painting Workshop with Lyn, to help you make a start, in an encouraging and supported environment.
Lyn is a Professional Artist, whose love of sharing creativity, knowledge and wisdom, goes hand in hand with a sensitive approach to feelings, helping to encourage your ‘creative self’.
The workshops are for men and women who wish to get in touch with their creativity, and an opportunity if they wish, to do some healing work in the process, leading to greater harmony and balance.
Lyn is very inspired by the book ‘The Artists Way’ by Julia Cameron, and has subsequently
recommended this book to many people over the past five years. Are you ready to start

Lyn is also inspired by the work of Dr. Randolph Stone who created Polarity Therapy after 60 years of bringing the work into being, using Ancient knowledge from around the world and wrote two volumes on it. The guidance and inspiration of this work is also incorporated throughout the weekend workshops and Bodywork sessions are available to be booked afterwards to follow on the work achieved in the workshops. www.polarity.tk
