Reyad Sekh Em is a Reiki healing process that involves ' tuning into the body'. It works with mind body and soul of the client to achieve understanding and release from pain or issues that have been with the client some time maybe into past life situations. Release is permanent because of the understanding and awareness that results from this work. This work was developed by Joanna  Bristow-Watkins over a number of years working with healing.

We both studied this work with Joanna  Bristow-Watkins up to Level 3, having had some intensive sessions, and have always been amazed at its simplicity, gentleness, and effectiveness.
