Art of Expansion - Art and Self Development Courses

Based on the understandings Lynda has gained with her Life Coaching and Personal and Spiritual development, Lynda has designed her own courses. Their purpose of which is "To release and encourage creativity in a world where stress and tiredness seem to be the norm"

Lynda has created her own format for the courses which she will be running. Different artistic and Personal Development work will be undertaken during each workshop. No artistic ability necessary to attend, just willingness to work with own personal self-development. These will be held near Charmouth, Dorset.
